5.1 Not discussed. A meeting was held on 20th August to plan the next steps to holding a public meeting on Thursday 2nd October to present the Neighbourhood Plan to residents.
- Matters arising from last meeting
6.1 The champion grant for water butts and planters has been approved and funds received.
6.2 Mike Ainsworth’s memorial plaque has been positioned on the bridge on Carrs Green. Councillors looked at the plaque and sent thanks to Kenny Gilbert for fixing.

9.1 A local resident has offered to take down and clear four dead trees on Carrs Green, council agreed and sent thanks.
9.2 The information sign has been repaired and will be erected on Woods Lane in the next few days.
9.3 Councillors conducted a walk of Carrs Green to inspect bridges, ponds, pathways.

11.1 A resident in Catforth has written to pc to ask whether a joint initiative with Woodplumpton Parish Council for traffic calming could be considered. It was decided that Cllr Berry would contact this person to get more information.
